Job description for the Administrative Assistant position:

We are currently seeking to hire a Medical Customer Service Representative for the Medifirst healthcare facility.

The purpose of the role is to provide professional customer service to clients visiting the Medifirst Medical Centers, maintaining customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior, with the aim of strengthening the close relationship between the organization and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients
  • Customer identification and registration of all necessary information in the Information System
  • Holistic patient/customer service within the facility

Job description for the Nurse position:

Interamerican, a member of the Achmea Group and the leading insurance company in reputation in Greece, offers excellent career opportunities by providing a demanding and rapidly growing environment. We are currently seeking to hire a Nurse for the Medifirst healthcare facility. The purpose of the role is to provide nursing care to patients, in accordance with the principles and methodology of nursing science and the code of nursing ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving patients and providing holistic care throughout their stay at the Healthcare Unit
  • Scheduling, organizing, and executing medical instructions based on established procedures. Ensures that all regulations and guidelines are followed.
  • Organization and maintenance of the nursing department
  • Maintaining a safe environment for the patient
  • Direct collaboration with the attending physician and/or physicians of other specialties
  • Direct collaboration with other departments within the facility and colleagues from other specialties. Collaboration with external centers outside the Healthcare Unit for the benefit of the patient.
  • Adherence to the operating principles of the Healthcare Unit, as defined by the internal operating regulations of the Healthcare Unit, infection control protocols, and medical waste management procedures.
  • Regular inspection of medical equipment and consumable supplies
  • Documentation of accountability and organization of medical records
  • Responsible for communication with the 1010 center and other facilities regarding patient transfers (IKA/IKA-affiliated or private). Sterilization of medical instruments and disinfection of areas using artificial means.
  • Preparation & administration of IM, IV, per os, and suppository medications according to written medical instructions
  • Continuous improvement and updating of nursing protocols and procedures
  • Execution and organization of ISO procedures
  • Patient registration, billing, and telephone support for emergency incidents during the night shift
  • Handles and understands sensitive patient complaints and seeks to resolve them in collaboration with the Department Manager or the team leader of the department
