The management of the clinic is committed to providing all necessary resources and means for the implementation of the quality policy and to ensuring the effectiveness of the clinic’s services. We are also committed to the use of sound scientific practices, with the aim of ensuring the reliability of the diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes for the client/patient. The management of the clinic also ensures that the integrity of the quality system is maintained when changes are planned and implemented. The general director and the administrative directors of the various services and departments are responsible for the practical implementation, by all hospital staff, of the principles laid down by the quality control policy.
The quality manager is responsible for monitoring the implementation and operation of the quality system, as well as all issues related to the continuous improvement of the quality and development of the services provided.
All staff of the clinic involved in quality system procedures are responsible for making sure that they are aware of quality documentation requirements and that they apply quality policy and system procedures in the course of their work. The Quality Policy is drafted by the general management and is periodically reviewed by the Quality Team.

Για την απόκτηση και διατήρηση αυτών των πιστοποιήσεων απαιτείται η υιοθέτηση ιατρικών και νοσηλευτικών πρωτοκόλλων και η συμπερίληψη των 11 ευρωπαϊκώς αποδεκτών διαστάσεων της ποιότητας στην παροχή υπηρεσιών υγείας και στην ροή των εργασιών τους.
At the same time, the central biopathology laboratory, which operates in Medifirst Argyroupoli, is an accredited testing laboratory for the series of tests carried out there in accordance with the ISO 15189:2012 standard, giving added reliability of results, with the quality assurance that all procedures for the proper management of samples and production of valid results are followed. This is achieved, among other ways, by the strictest adherence to a programme of internal and external quality controls.

The implementation of our continuously updated quality management system at Medifirst clinics ensures that:

  • Medifirst clinics are staffed by eminent doctors from various specialties.
  • All working doctors, healthcare professionals and administrative employees follow standard procedures.
  • We update, systematically inspect and perform regular preventive maintenance on our equipment.
  • We select our materials suppliers carefully and ensure that they also implement certified quality management systems, in accordance with their specific business activity.
  • We follow strict cleaning and disinfection protocols.
