The management of the clinic is committed to providing all necessary resources and means for the implementation of the quality policy and to ensuring the effectiveness of the clinic’s services. We are also committed to the use of sound scientific practices, with the aim of ensuring the reliability of the diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes for the client/patient. The management of the clinic also ensures that the integrity of the quality system is maintained when changes are planned and implemented. The general director and the administrative directors of the various services and departments are responsible for the practical implementation, by all hospital staff, of the principles laid down by the quality control policy.
The quality manager is responsible for monitoring the implementation and operation of the quality system, as well as all issues related to the continuous improvement of the quality and development of the services provided.
All staff of the clinic involved in quality system procedures are responsible for making sure that they are aware of quality documentation requirements and that they apply quality policy and system procedures in the course of their work. The Quality Policy is drafted by the general management and is periodically reviewed by the Quality Team.

This accreditation enhances the credibility and traceability of laboratory results, ensuring strict compliance with procedures for proper sample handling, analytical validity, and result accuracy, supported by the implementation of a comprehensive program of internal and external quality controls.

The implementation and continuous review of the Quality Management System across Medifirst Medical Centers ensure that:
