I arrived late last night with a terrible headache. The GP and the nurses treated me with exceptional care. They helped me to calm down, without making me undergo further tests that, without private insurance, I would have had to pay for. I appreciate their approach and how kind they were to me. I wish everyone had their ethics and professionalism.

My sincere thanks to all the nursing staff on the 3rd floor for their care of me in early August after acute appendicitis and peritonitis. By my side as soon as I needed them (from the doctor and nurses to the cleaners and the food girl), with their smile and good mood they made my stay as pleasant as possible in a spotlessly clean and well-kept space. Of course, I owe a huge thank you to the excellent surgeon Dr. Dimitra Bethani who was lucky enough to take me on with her team and the anesthesiologist Fassaris Andreas. After my emergency and difficult surgery which he managed to do laparoscopically and it went wonderfully, he was always by my side until recovery. I am forever grateful to you for making this my health adventure a memory..

I visited the Athens clinic to get a second opinion after first visiting another well-known private clinic.  I did not know any doctor there and by asking colleagues who had visited the clinic again, I made an appointment with dr. Basel Alqudah.  The doctor explained in detail the alternative methods for dealing with my case and from the first moment he gained my trust. Within the next few days, I booked the appointment for the operation, in which, as the doctor told me, an overnight stay would not be necessary, unlike the 1st private clinic I had visited, which took it for granted that it would be needed.  On the day of the surgery, everything went according to plan, without any delays. The pre-op was over in half an hour. I then waited in the room (single) which was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed.  At 12 o'clock as scheduled, the operation began and by 2 o'clock I had already returned to the room, where I remained for a few hours until the action of the general anesthesia passed and through serum I could take the necessary painkillers and antibiotics.  I want to thank dr. Basel Alqudah for the approach to the matter and the efficient operation itself, as well as all the staff for their impeccable behavior and good mood, which certainly helps a patient.
